Keep well if working online

If you are trying to adjust to a new way of working online from home take heart.

There are many advantages if you are able to plan your day to include some time for meal breaks and exercise.

I started working online 9 years ago when the Christchurch earthquakes forced me to close my clinics. It was hard to start with convincing patients that dietary services could still be accessed over Skype saving time waiting in traffic and waiting rooms.

Now we have better internet connections and a variety of different platforms to work over we can reach out to people any where in the world and we do.

I’ve survived and you can too.

In 2016 I wrote an article Mind your health if working online it’s still got messages relevant today so I trust that it helps you because it really is important to keep on top of your weight and fitness when cooped up at home.

Eventually we will be allowed out of our ‘lockdown’ due to Corona virus and we will need all the energy we can muster to pick up the pick up the pieces and rebuild our lives.

If you feel your diet could be better, you need more energy and would like to get fitter contact me for an online nutritional assessment. I’d love to help you.
