Merry Christmas everyone!

img_7488What special traditions do you have in your family at Christmas?

This picture is of a ‘pudding doll’ that has been in my family since colonial times and was always put into the Christmas pudding for some ‘lucky’ (usually youngest) person to receive as a sign of good will for the coming year.

Of course the snag was it always had to be given back and kept safe from one year to the next which is why we are still able to keep this tradition going.

For those of you wanting appointments over Christmas we would still love to hear from you.Our Skype clinic will close from the 22nd December until the 17th of January 2017 but we are only an email away so do get in touch if your need is urgent over the holiday period.

Lea and her family at Lea Stening Health wish you all a safe and Happy Christmas spent with those you love and trust that 2017 will bring you health and happiness.
