Radio NZ interview with Lea

Thanks to Kathryn Ryan and Radio NZ for interviewing Lea about her new book Healthy kids, happy lives.

Lea and Kathryn discuss the environmental and personal factors which help to drive obesity and the current work being done to reduce NZ’s appalling obesity statistics.

If you would like to learn more about why this book is important and gain ideas to curb the hunger in your child then take a moment to listen to a replay of this interview.

At the end of each chapter in this book there are links to articles written by Lea to expand your knowledge about nutrition and to give you practical solutions to family meal problems.

Healthy kids, happy lives is available in good NZ bookshops and is also available on Amazon
