Wishing you a happy, healthy 2023

Another year is ahead of us, but before you leap into making New Years resolutions consider this:

  • What was great about last year?
  • What things/experiences  in your life bought you the most joy that you would like to hang on to?
  • What things/experiences would you like to be doing 2-5 years from now and what will it take for you to get there?

Ideally being well and healthy is up towards the top 2-3 things on your list.

I believe that the best feelings in life come when you have enough energy to fully enjoy them.

If you would like to have help with achieving better energy levels, losing or gaining weight, lowering cholesterol, help with health issues or to learn more about sports nutrition at any age, then just email me for a nutritional assessment and online appointment: E:

In the meantime this article is a favourite of mine. I hope it has meaning for you too.
