Merry Christmas Everyone

Christmas is a great time to relax, enjoy good food and share fun times with those we love.

Sadly for many people in New Zealand Christmas is marred by ill health, lack of income to procure the necessities of life and loss of loved ones, friends and family. Our thoughts are with you.

If you or a friend are keen to make changes in your life, to reach out for a better future and better health then do check out some of the articles on my website. There’s a whole section on motivation if you struggle to exercise, to make changes, to feel optimistic or build commitment.

If you need help with diet related health problems drop me an email so we can make an appointment in the New Year to find your quickest, healthiest way to lose weight, lower cholesterol, control diabetes and hypertension or deal with any other dietary related issue you may have.

Our online clinic will close from the 19th December until the 13th of January 2019 but we are only an email away if you would like to book an appointment.

Wishing you a safe and Happy Christmas spent with those you love and I trust that 2020 will bring you health and happiness.
