Are you able to support someone with bowel cancer?

If you or someone you care about has been diagnosed with bowel cancer, you may be wondering what to do next.

Bowel Cancer NZ is here to help you:

  • There’s lots of practical, supportive resources
  • Learn more about cancer
  • Early detection and prevention
  • Treatment options and screening

Bowel cancer is the second highest cause of cancer deaths in NZ and kills as many New Zealanders as Breast and Prostate cancer combined- it can affect people at any age

There’s lots of ways you can offer your support

especially during this Bowel Cancer Awareness month.

By taking part in Move Your Butt #moveyourbuttnz this month you could help raise funds to help patient support services, physio rehabilitation and counselling programs

Ideas include:

  • Set yourself a challenge
  • Get a team together
  • Get sponsored
  • Move your own butt off to the doc for a checkup if you are worried about your own bowel health.
  • There always Dryish July coming up too if you would like a different sort of challenge to help Bowel Cancer NZ
