Milkshake ideas
Milk is a valuable source of protein, calcium and B group vitamins that are essential to the development and maintanence of strong teeth, bones and cartilage. Encouraging people to drink milk can be quite a mission. Particularly if they dislike the flavour or have trouble digesting it. People who are intolerant of the sugar (lactose) in milk or the protein (whey or caesin) can still gain the benefit by drinking calcium enriched soy or rice milks.
