  • Lea Stening

    Lea is one of New Zealand's leading paediatric dietitians and also specialises in Sports Nutrition. For the past 30 years she has been interested in the effects of food on mood, behaviour, academic and physical performance.

  • Jayne Strachan

    Jayne is enthusiastic in supporting clients reach their lifestyle goals with a strong family focus on health and well being. Jayne has a BSc. in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics.

  • Liz Neal

    Liz Neal is a New Zealand trained and registered Dietitian with a BCApSc in Human Nutrition and a Postgraduate diploma in Dietetics from the University of Otago.
