Mens Health Quiz:  Are you at a healthy body weight? Some men are motivated by love….through caring for their own body’s they are teaching their children (through example) how to care for, love and respect themselves. Other motivators to optimise health include competetiveness. Men tend to be competitive by nature so chumming up with a buddy (ideally someone heavier), may help to attain a healthy body weight. After all if all the hard work means that we live longer it is important to have buddies left at the end. Some men are motivated by wealth...in which case they should imagine themselves like Al Bundy with their wallets open. If they don’t look after themselves their children will spend all their money before they get half the fun out of it.
