Renee Ladbrook
Renee Ladbrook is a New Zealand trained and registered Dietitian. Renee has a BSc in Human Nutrition and a Postgraduate diploma in Dietetics from the University of Otago. Renee has a strong interest in sports nutrition, and cardiovascular disease. Renee undertook research into the effect of shift work on exercise and dietary intake and is an accredited level 1 anthropometrist.
Outside of clinical work, Renee loves competitive surf boat rowing and tramping through New Zealand’s national parks. Renee enjoys cooking, baking and the sharing new tasty recipes.
