Jonny Rea
Jonny Rea has a BPhEd in Exercise and Sports Science, a BSc in Human Nutrition.and he is also a registered Dietitian. As part of his Post graduate study in Dietitics Jonny undertook research into how nutritional factors affect the risk of the development of stress fractures in cricketers. He is currently studying towards his Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning).
Jonny has a keen interest in sports nutrition and exercise science and participates in both competitive cricket and hockey teams. He is particularly interested in men’s health issues and the role that nutritional factors may play.
Jonny has been part of the Lea Stening team for four years offering fitness testing , outpatient clinics and dietary clinics for men with great success. He is now moving onto work with “The Crusaders” and other sports groups but will continue to be part
of our fitness team offering personal advice to individuals wanting to improve
their level of physical performance.
