Jayne Strachen

It’s great to welcome back Jayne Strachan (nee Gibson) who left us two years ago to travel overseas.

Jayne has been working in the UK gathering experience in paediatrics and special feeding needs.

Jayne is enthusiastic in supporting clients reach their lifestyle goals with a strong family focus on health and well being.

Jayne has a BSc. in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics where she carried out a research study into the dietary beliefs and practices of competing New Zealand Bodybuilders.

Jayne also works in Paediatrics and Sports nutrition and has a special interest in body builders. Jayne runs our Tuesday evening clinics at Healthworks House from 5.30 - 8.30pm. » clinics
