Cramp- the emerging science

Whether you are an athlete or not everyone experiences cramp at some time or other.

Despite the sports science arguments still exist as to what cause it and how can it be prevented.

Is it related to temperature changes, overheating, altered levels of blood electrolytes, dehydration, over training or altered neuromuscular control?
