Lea’s fish chowder

This is an award winning soup recipe. I was once asked to develop a recipe using canned smoked fish. At the time I was a penniless student and was looking for a hearty soup recipe that was cheap and low in fat but high on satiety. using the potato as a base this along with low fat milk makes a creamy soup base but with out the addition of fat. Adding the taco sauce gives it a good bite but you can also use chilli or tabasco sauce if you like.
